pretty sure you have to pay for all games whether it's:
paying for the game
paying a subscription
paying for cash shops
the only difference is a free game doest have a steady flow of money because everybody could decide they don't want to pay meaning that the company makes absoulty no money so of course there will be lots of inefficiency

1. wasabii redistribute the game made by NTL
2. without money how can they sustain a free game
lets make an MMORPG free,
buy the rights to the popular dragon ball series (most likely very expensive)
and then distribute it for absolutely no profit and make the employees pay for the website and server bills
this is literally how i think you people feel
if you dont want to pay for the cashed services then dont its that simple
