The races have different names. Instead of "Saiyan", it's "Human being". Instead of "Namekian", it's "Slug", and instead of "Majin", it's "Mine". Are these going to be the names of the races in the private server? If so, are they changed for copyright reasons? It's really a bummer if they are. It would impact myself a lot, because they aren't Slugs or Mines, they're Namekians and Majins.

Guys it's like DBZ abridged. They use all DBZ episodes and they make a parody out of it but they don't gain any money from it. It's non profit and fan based like this game. They can't do anything to the game. You can keep any names you want. If I called my son Goku then it would be illegal because some dude made a manga about him before i called my son that? I think not, therefore all the names can be kept as they are. :P

they made alot of progress if they didnt they wouldnt show anything yet , specialy not lunching the site and forum , they facin thousands of people they sure did somthing great
