Alright, I've been trying for roughly a week to get a netmarble account, and to play DBO, seeing as the release may not be until 2011+.
I've followed instructions perfectly for created a child account, since I cannot find an unused 15-17 KSSN.
I get all the way until the Parentinfo page, then that's when things get complicated.

If the problem was the child's KSSN you wouldn't have gotten past the first page.

Hmm. Back to searching the web again, thought I had it because there was a large list of KSSNs ranging from like 55-94 that I found.
