did they just say character creation for only existing characters, ARE YOU KIDDING ME THAT'S RIDICULOUS AND STUPID (all caps rage). why i hope they just gave goku as an example why would anyone want to customize just the existing characters. sure maybe some people want to but whats the point it would just be super saiyan (insert name) 1000, mystic (insert name), and maybe super crazy fusion of (insert name and second name) i know that if there really are make your own character creations people may do the same thing but i bet it would be balanced so it wouldn't be cheap and its more fun to make your own character from scratch. maybe some care but i think just changing existing characters will just be an exuse for stupid fanfic designs and yaoi people. sorry i may have offended someone

Nothing was confirmed. I won't believe anything unless i see proof or confirmation from someone who is working on the game. I mean look at zenki battle royal i'm sure people thought it would have been in english.

It was expected this fighting game wouldn't have actual character creation that people demand. Prefer Dragonball Online. Fighting games don't have any real lasting value anyways.

You know, this reminds me, I remember reading that the Japanese fans of the series didn't really want a character creator. Maybe this is the medium they have to balance it out with the American ones who have been begging for one?

Either way, I'm disappointed. I would have abused the character creator to make the characters from the series that we don't have in the game in the first place. I've always wanted Shen (the guy God possessed) as a playable character for the purposes of having his super move being an accidental crotch strike. Guess I won't be getting that now, I suppose.

This seems to be a character customizer instead, which means that it's like the thing used in Ultimate Butoden for the DS in Japan. You can just mess around with outfits and hairstyles as opposed to making a completely new character. I take it that's to replace, say, someone choosing from "early," "mid," and "late," like they did in the Tenkaichi/Sparking! games.


Well, let's say you asked a fan to explain Transformers: War for Cybertron. They could literally ramble on for hours and hours about every little thing, references to previously existing series, how it fits in with continuity, etc., and it might be too much information. But people should probably have a rudimentary familiarity with the series if you ask me.
