Any suggestions what is the date for on the screenshot ? And how did you find a phone to activate the account ? I don't know if going on a IRC or similar chat is a good idea, because a lot of kids have bagged for phones on such chats.
Yes, many of the chat sites posted are almost dried up of people willing to help,but that doesn't mean you can't find one on your own. If you're nice and helpful in no time you'll not only have an account, but a new friend.
If you see boxes in a pop-up then you're doing something wrong. Re-read the guide and follow all the steps. No one can help you with the information you posted.

so, i read the Tutorial from 'Citrinate'
to register there, you need the korean languagepack.
i loaded/installed with Windows XP CD.
i Changed in IE to -> Korean
it doesnt shows me the letters i only got Quadrats and other staff.
so what to do? :(
