It means that your character is equipped with to many items (clothes, rings), you have to remove some of them, which are unnescessary.

You can also buy the keys from the cash shop and they're fairly cheap. They look like this:

I read that it is needed for a chest or something, that item? I got that item from token shop, but I don't know which or what chest I can open with it

untrue, this icon is just something you move your mouse over to tell you how many items your wearing.
doesnt mean you need to take some off, its just there for you to know. and p.s. even if you have as many items on as possible, its not too much lol there is no such thing.
