I never said Jocer is a moderator, and I do know that Dumke is a fair person, he was, are, and will be about to make the project go in the right way, but Jocer trying to seem like a god, just because he played the game for years, and the other things which I don't wanna mention now, doesn't make him able to act like he is any more then You or me, he acts so superior, like he is the god, while that's not even close to be true. Last time I checked, people have free will. Just because we signed up to dbocom does not mean we sold our soul to it and to citrinate. The only reason why I joined this site was to talk about the game dragon ball online with the community, that reason is now gone.

Dumke in no way is PMing anyone or forcing anyone to go on his site. Dumke did not have to bribe members from this forum to use his site.

Personally, I've enjoyed my time here. I don't think I'd be as actively interested in Dragon Ball if I didn't occasionally discuss on it this site, since I usually just lurk on other fan forums and chat about it on occasion with friends.


It may not be literally selling your soul and giving up free will, but simply communicating and coexisting in a group causes substantial changes to human behavior, as does the anonymity that comes with posting on the internet. People may have free will, but a desire to coexist within a group and follow the behavior of said group can cause them to behave in manners they normally wouldn't. The combination of the two is probably why places like 4Chan's /b/ is such a shithole -- everyone is anonymous and hate almost literally breeds hate.

DBO's best days are in its past, and so then are the best days of this site. As I said in my most recent news post, any future projects I may work on will have to do with DBO and preserving its history. I don't have either the time or the interest to refocus this site, and so I think having two separate sites for both DBO and DBOR is a great idea, and wish those guys the best of luck.

As others have already said, I also don't think it's fair to blame the DBOR project for a few of their members who don't seem hold any leadership roles.


I was actually very respectful of DBMMO in the beginning. It's only after the guy who ran DBMMO, Jeraf, started stealing from DBOCOM and being an all around evil guy that I turned nasty. I don't think I have any reason to feel ashamed about anything I did over there, and anyone attempting to use my actions against me or this site is either being intentionally dishonest, or just ignorant of the facts.

For example, that post you linked to was in response to Jeraf auctioning off a beta account that he had stolen from one of his users. Of the many stunts I pulled off over there, here's just a few that I can remember:

• Even after DBO TW launched, Jeraf regularly denied his visitors info on how to create accounts, because he made money selling them through his partnership with so.game.way. I would often spam the forums with account creation info, and sometimes even used inactive mod accounts to sticky my posts. So.game.way also approached me about advertising on DBOCOM, and I probably could have made a fair bit of $$$ if I didn't completely ignore them out of principle.
  
  
• After the DBMMO forums were dead, and the only people still posting there were spam bots, I would PM the poor fellows new to DBO who thought there was anyone still there to help them, and pointed them in the right direction. This was also another way I would try and spread information to how to create accounts over there, but I would never tell people that I would make accounts for them.
  
  
• I also tricked Jeraf into uploading a version of the Language Patcher that, when run, would do nothing but display this message (it's still there today, still on the front page).

I kinda smile at your 2nd post because you stated there was almost 1000 member in just a few days. I ask myself where those member came from? Well I assume 2 things DBOPS Facebook OR DBOCOM with the amount of underhanded spamming that which i spoke about. Also some normal thread about it which is fine.

I have nothing against DBOR except how it was being built on hate. I think with everything exposed I accomplished my goal of it being built base on something else.

This is where you need to get all your facts straight. The actions of a few members do NOT define the entire project. From what I can gather from your reasoning is that you see arguments between 2 or 3 people and that automatically assumes the project is built on hate.

The project is built on hope that people might be able to play DBO again. Stating otherwise you are just as guilty of "planting the hate seed" like the other members. Those hate posts that were posted, I do not agree with but I find this type of thread no different as it is aimed to spark controversy and unnecessary hate.

Even since Jocer and Simmy have been IP banned, the hate still seems to lurk around the corner, for no apparent reason other then pride.

As Citrinate mentioned in his post. Both sites will co-exist with ultimately providing an enriching experience for players/past players of DBO.
