here this is from my guide just follow it after you downloaded files

what you need to do is,first go to regional and language settings,then choose language and then select install files for east languages,after that when windows says input CD you click ok and then browse until you find the file you need in the folder,he will install and ask once more,now go back one step in folder you download and select that file now and click ok(install)after that you will need to restart and thats it.Then use App locale to change to korean for internet explorer,after all of that go once more to regional andlanguage settings in control panel and this time go to advanced,select from the drop bar for non unicode programs korean language,after that there will be no squares.i hope i helped

thnxxxxxxxxxxxx, but there is 1 more little prob -.- , thanks to citrinate and venom i got throu the pass and acc thing, now im stuck at the parent part, i put the parent kssn and matching name, email tick the email verification then choose the first 1 as the tutorial says, i get a message with the same stupid weird language[IMG][/IMG]

its not a language its what shows up when you dont have korean language pack installed ( that was step 1 of the guide....)
