went to +4 my armour, which had a 99% chance, and failed.

Ive played mmos with 99%chance upgrades before, in a top tier clan, (we upgrade a **** ton) 0 people in the whole clan ever failed a 99%.

Unlucky? maybe... I'm thinking more on the glitchy/buggy side.

Lol, probably more unlucky than anything. Don't worry it happens to everyone once in a while.

The dude who has the +10 lvl46 glove has made it on his first attempt, the ones he upgraded after were all broken.

Its a chance, not a bug.

Its just that many other games had 'safe limits' but DBO doesn't... for some reason.

I can see 99% though. Every hundred times it's used, there's a 1% chance it doesn't work, obviously, so I don't see the point of getting worked up over it.

I see that as more bugged than what you're saying.

ive missed moves with 100% accuracy with an enemy having no kind of stat boosters in effect. wasnt in an mmo though.

100% chance to stun. Nothing in this game has 100% accuracy
