Sorry if this question is already answered, i've searched "reset" on the forum search but found nothing about this.
Let me use the majin skills in order to explain myself. I have spinning attack lvl 4 and his previous skill - batterin armspin - in lvl 5. Can I lower just 1 level on batterin armspin without having to reset all the spinning attack's SP or in fact I have to waste 4 books to remove SA and 1 to remove BA?
The orange reset books reset only 1 point. They can reset any one point in any skill as long as that point was not a requirement for another skill that you have as well.
For example, in this build you could remove 3 points from Kidney Shot and 4 Points from Quick Attack. However, you can not remove any points from Rock Paper Scissors or Wolf Fang Fist because they only have 1 point in them which are prerequisites for other skills that you have points in.
