I'm a clan dragon namek, and i was just wondering..
what is better? wear armor with more m. def or more energy def.?

energy defense, thats the best for dragon clan, cuase if someone attack you with normal attacks, you can heal, and energy def you can heal, but they quit you more health and faster than you while you heal

Dude just wear namekian m def armor and that's that,nothing can heal you except healing and buffs.

You need both. LP and constitution are also very important for dragon clan.
