Hello, today i saw an armor lvl 41 ! This armure is like Baddack armor ! Anyone know where can i get this ?

I guess you mean the Blue TMQ3 armor.
You get it from TMQ3.

Ive been reading about this on the forums like bardock armor and i dont know how to get it can anyone help me? or at least explain it to me thanks in advance :)
