Does SP reset remove SuperSaiyan // DragonWish buffs?

If so, that would be the gayest thing ive ever heard from any game... Im gonna intense farm for my final 2 DBs, and wanna know if i should bother getting dragonwish buff, since if i SP reset and lose it, ill kill everyone.

Can't see why it would considering that the skills you get from the dragon don't cost you any skill points.

And yes you can reset your skill points, but you need to pay to do it (real money).
