hi i m spirtualist lvl 21 and i have all the dragon balls should i wish now and collect later again or wait for lvl 40 to get super sayan .if i should use it what can i wish for my level

it must be dragoballs that u got from quest u cant wish for super saiyan from that dragon balls its different dragon balls
if u got it from quest just wish at lvl 21

The Dragon balls you get from quest are different from the ones you get by dragon ball collection time. @21 you do want to use your quest dragon balls you get some new armor and a chip for your radar for showing mobs that can drop collection dragon balls.

Dragonball Collection is really early for us foreigners so just calculate your time with Taiwan if you want to get up early and hunt.
