Since they're giving away the chance at a free skill reset someone might eventually be able to answer this question.

I'm wondering if you can get the skill point used on the skill you start with back if you use a reset. By that I mean skills like Rock Paper Scissors that you start with at level 1.

id say most likely not, since its a starter skill, but there is always a chance

I think not, but mainly because you need that skill point on the starter skill to have the ones below it. And because is a thing you have from the begining.

You don't need it for every class. For example: Dragon clan members start with Energy Cannon which will end up being useless to a healer at the higher levels.

if you use skill reset item then it sould remove all skills for sure.
It's on all games and for sure at dbo.
