I have done a search through the forums and have seen some posts about this, but haven't found any answers. If I missed the answer I am sorry, could you please give me a link to the post.

When I log in I don't see my characters name or any server names. I took a screenshot of it. I currently have the english patch and I have my computer location as Korea. I also have the Korean Language pack installed and even tried the AppLocale (which doesn't seem to have done anything different).

I have seen some screenshots of others and they don't seem to have the same problem as I. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed?

Quite a few people have this problem, but I've yet to see anyone figure out how to fix it.

I have tried everything. I've changed my display language, applocale, my computers location to Korean, and even put the original Korean language pack back in and I still can't find what server I am on. Hopefully someone will find a fix for this soon. I would love to be on the same server as you guys. If any could, can you try and add me as a friend. My ingame name is Lonjin. Thanks in advanced

Just try adding "Citrinate". If it doesn't work you're on the wrong server.

Ok, I solved this issue. Hopefully others can try this and see if it helps.

I went into my control panel where you change your location. Go to the administrative tab and change the system locale to Korean.

I also noticed if I scroll over some of the attributes it opens a small window saying what each stat is in english.

As a side note, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate. Not sure if things will be different on other OS's.

Did you try everything I did? I have my location set to Korea, I have the Korean language pack installed for Windows, I set the system local to Korea, and I installed the English patch

What actually happens to your computer when you change the system local to Korea. Because i have and it now shows the characters in-game but i see no difference with my computer.

System locale displays a selected language in programs that doesn't support Unicode. :) Normally in some windows applications if theres a language used (Korean for instance) and if the System Locale is not set to Korean the text will appear as some random ascii, something like "ÔÀÓÀ»½ÇÇàÇϽðíij¸¯Å͸¦ ¸¸µå½Ã¸é³» ÇÁ·ÎÇÊ ¼³" for example, but if set to Korean it'll show the Hangul instead.
