I was wondering if theres any way to get Upgrade Stones to drop, maybe like the mob has to be around your level range or certain mobs drop it?

No, that's not. Mobs around lvl 10 dropped me a u11 red when i was helping my friend lvl 8, and i was lvl 55. So, i guess it's like any other item, but with a plus of rarity.

so i can kill any monster!? Freaking Sweet! :D

i didn't know where they were.. cause i try'd killing another monster couple levels lower.. didn't get anything..

Alright cool, I was just wondering cause I used to find quite a few when i was a lower level but now its really hard to find. Thanks guys.
