So we've established it's from Budokai Shop, and it requires a Winning Coin + Big Mudosa Point

Effects: 11% M.Crit, 4 Con, Best Looking Sword.

I would like to know any more information about this sword.

Is there anyone who would sell me this at a reasonable price?

Buy it in Mudosa shops in budokai area (worth a lot and need to win tournament too I think)

Would you say it's worth 420 Million though?

420 millions are too much, considering this have the same utility of dogis XD (the bad effects make it almost unusable in competitive pvp)
