If you look on the event page you can see skill reset is one of the items you can obtain in the Christmas event blue santa hat
1) drop the wrapping paper from mobs withen 5 levels of you.
2) buy blue dye from the event npc
Craft a blue santa hat and hope for the best, just thought I would let you all know since I know everyone wants a skill reset with these new skills. I don't know if mix bonus applies(when your bar shines rainbows) to how often you get it. Good luck!
OK, so I opened 30 blue bags and none of them contained reset skill book!
30 bags = 300 pieces = MUCH more monsters killed!
So how much more do I need bags to open? I got only two tickets (only valuable) and all other pizzas, drinks and party popos which I cannot even sell...
