theres 3 ways to obtain cash shop wagu coins
1) theyre cash shop items, buy them
2) web depot gives them away for free (1 at a time is all ive got, and rarely)
3) your trying to upgrade your dogi, it fails, breaks your dogi, and you get a box which might contain a single wagu coin.

Yes, you have to buy cash points with real money. Search the forums for a thread explaining where and how to buy them. It's not that difficult, just requires patience.
