On this guide you will be downloading the official direct download guys. I won't be surprised if this gets deleted tho.
Step 1: Download flashget from this link here.(flashget is a download manager which will speed up download. ALOT!) Link: http://www.flashget.com/en/download.html ;Once that's downloaded(BTW you can download either version of flashget, I don't think it matters).

Step 2: This is the newer download: http://dbo.wasabii.com.tw/DB_Download/client.shtml . Hit the bt download(flashget) Right click it and hit copy link adress. Then start flashget and hit new. It might be already in the URL bar. If it's not right click in adress or URL bar and hit paste. It will start to download. It shouldn't take but 1 to 2 hours(without flashget it could take up to 1 full day)

Step 3:When it's done downloading then go to computer or OS:c and hit downloads. There will be a folder, click it, it will be there again, click again. Then there will be a bunch of files. Click the setup file that has a gear on it, and it might take a little while, but there will be a gray download window. Hit next, then ok, then ok or next again. It will download in up to 10 or 15 minutes. 20 minutes at most. Then you'll have one option click it. It should be either in the middle or the right. You should now have a dragonball icon with strange letters on your desktop screen.

Step 4: Now double click the icon and it should open the launcher. It will start doing a bunch of downloads and patches. The start button will be gray. When it's done the start button will turn orange(or into a dragonball, that might be what it is.idk.). Close the launcher before you start the game. Then reopen and click start and enjoy the game! If you have trouble just post about it.

I don't play KR version. There aren't many english speaking players on it. So I didn't think to make a guide for it.

I dont know what happend, I followed every step and when I click the launcher it has some sort of error with a bunch of squares with the word "Launcher" in the middle. It's titled DBOLauncher but nothing happens when i click OK. Please respond.
