hi, today i spoke with a guy that told me that with 80% of antibleed reduction you just dont bleed like if you were wearing 100%. Is it true? cause i saw ppl who uses 110% of bleed, its there a reason or just 80% its perfect?

I think over percentages like 110% would help against RP extended time bleeds
