Go to a upgrade vendor and it should be the second option

and you have to sacrifice another weapon who have properties on it
and not only that it have to be the same kind

for example i wanna change atribute of my rare wand then i have to put in tue slot another rare weapon of the same lvl
it doesnt matter what weapon so can be glove too if change of something

all items can sacrifice, but must look the grade and lv that items. u cant create properties if grade and lvl item, below from ur item.. example requirement

glove rare lv 55 = need rare/legend grade & lv +55 items.

but if i check on others, for example: honest do -10 damage, but when i wear it it says 0% and thes ame with wild etc. etc.
everything is 0% on my own char.. ??
