i also tried to test it on the bar at the bottom that says who has upgraded and who won tourney but it didnt work

Ye, we need upgrade of the patch.

when there is drop on the ground, usually there is a bubble over the capsule, that shows the item itself only when u hover your cursor. the other setting turns on/off showing that bubble on every item on the ground.
