i would not buy a skill reset since you are only level 35, you can spend a lot less and just invest in a lvl up 33 stone and restart your character. once you hit level 10, you can use the stone to turn yourself level 33.
Okay and how can i get the lv up 33 stone becouse i dont know it from dbo:$ its like chineese so i cant read it xD.
But if i create a new character i need to level up to lvl 10 and so i will get it or is it like something else?

The icon for the LV UP 33 item looks like a lava "cell" Haha.
If you click the "Other" tab in the AH, you can find it for 50-80m.
You can no longer get LV UP 33 items if you make a new character unfortunately.
