You can buy it from him.
If you still have the gift box when you started the game, once you're lvl7 you can right click it and you get a free vehicle and fuel
Question about that, I bought this huge bike from the cash shop speed 14 never seen anyone else with that one and i swear no fuel works for it, can someone post a pic of what the fuel looks like please?
