Hey, guys. As most people know, levels 48 ~ 55 suck massive ass for leveling speed. The game, for some reason, takes a massive dip in the leveling curve at that period of time. Unfortunately, I'm there with two characters (well, my second character is catching up to that point in the game).

Aside from TMQ 4 and monotonous quests that give less experience than level 20 quests, what can I do to level at a decent rate? I've been suggested to grind, but where would be a great place to grind during these levels?

I'm sure others are curious about this too. There is a good leveling guide posted by SuperNamek here, but it's rather old and it doesn't have any other suggestions for level 48 ~ 55 with the exception of TMQ 4 spam and grinding at a certain island after 52.

Grinding was a very good source of exp but they nerfed how much you get so its no longer as good. but if your set on finding a grind spot any area of mobs you can kill with 1-2 aoe moves is perfect. I suggest wolves and bugs on the red map

good question ... I'm 51 now...done a lot of older quests that actually give a lot more XP....

That's rather sad to hear. However, with the quests only giving 3 ~ 8k experience each for 15+ minute quests, it seems like getting 500+ experience per monster kill would be faster. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to find that area and hope it goes well.


I'm also level 51. Maybe we should try teaming up and try finding a good spot to grind at or if you're on the second Taiwanese server, perhaps even grind together (this is not a sexual innuendo).

im level 48 and i find grinding in the dungeon on the top right is the best as there are bugs in there with low health, my names DemonSenior so add me and we could spam it faster to level up :)

YEah I am lvl 51 too.. That lvl up sucks..

Yea I'm 51 too its rough! i have some 30% exp bonus i had a few extra cash shop points to blow

me too lvl 51 xD .. all quest are like 1500exp -.- rather grind in dugeon :P

all mine are like under 1000 exp haha, I dont wanna but I might spam tmq4 haha.

when i was lvl 48-55 i use to spam any tmq and when the db event come i was using exp buff and grind
