Guys is there any patch or guide how to change items and gear to english maybe quests too^^ coz i dont understand is go like this"japanes words then +20"of something dont know what get it :)

No, no, no. This cannot be done without illegal methods.

And they're not Japanese, they're Chinese. Post it in the "what is this item" thread and hope someone responds.
