I can't seem to beat him :( cuz the 2 other mice guys revive before I kill the Lion so does anyone have tip or maybe could help?

It's a Cheetah lol. But you may want to be higher level first, and just go all out on the Cheetah and make sure to have LP pots, servers are down anyway for the merge, 2am to 2pm Korean time.

Oh lol and what level should I be to fight him? I'm level 9 and oh yah I know I was just kicked X3

You'll get demolished being Lv.9, I would recommend at least Lv.15 and have a few skills ready to use like the energy punch, energy blast, and wolf fang fist. Once the merge is done though I could help you
