ok so i was told by buying the yellow scouter chip i could see what to do for a quest when they dont have markers but all i see is quests.so explain how to use it?
If you scan a monster, under its name it will have info for you letting you know it's details. Like if it's a quest mob, is carrying a dragonball, as well as power level.
The yellow chip just finds quests for you to do when you want to.
Honestly, just goto an area of the map highlighted with a circle(indicating quest area), hover over that area with your mouse and tab through enemies comparing their names to the one shown by your map. Once you find the match memorize what the enemy looks like and keep killing. You might be looking for item drops FROM that enemy, so getting the 3rd ring for your pet from the token shop will help complete those quicker. Just listen to the noise some monsters make when you kill them. Theres a distinct chime when you increment a quest counter.

but dont you see i wrote without markers that means no cicles no x no anything
judging that its the starting zone, its most likely a tutorial quest. most are not worth doing, try sending a mail to someone, or starting a private store to see if it completes. otherwise drop it in my opinion
