yes, but you cant choose how much this status will do.
exemple: if you choose LP% can get 1% to 23%

I didn't get any either, on any account. I'm not sure what the criteria is to get them, if there's any at all.

I think theres an event where if you buy cashpoints you get 10 of them. I am not exactly sure though as thats what I have been told.

But yeah, you can choose the stat of your choice just the value is random.

I believe you have to spend over 1000+ cash points to get 10 silver boxes + a load of other items.
