Your starting area, press T and then 2 if you have your quest chip inside of your scouter. Look for active quests. If there are no active quests, grind to level 11 and I'm sure you will unlock some. Good luck!

Should look like a microchip. You get it around level 5. Check your inventory.

You can always buy this chip from the robot looking npc typically in the main town of the starter areas.

What ingame race are you?

More importantly what server are you on because it sounds like you are on server 2 there isnt a lot of english players on there so if you are on the second server I'm usually on the 1st channel so u can add me if you want I'm Raiga17 (and yes its a completely made up original name :P)
