Kid characters can still transform, be it through pots or the actual skill, provided they're patient enough.

Am I the only idiot who thinks that looks a bit bigger than normal? I know it's supposed to be big, and it is, but I don't remember being around a giant Namekian THAT big. Those players aren't even coming up to that guy's knee. Hell, they barely make it to the top of their boot.

It's just a bug that makes him huge for like a second. Something to do with taking the dogi off and putting it back on.
