If I Plan On Being In Kid Buu Form Most Of The Time, Would MasterClass Should I Pick?Also Which Class Would Maintain And Deal More Damage In id Buu Form?Karma Or Plasma
I'd cast my vote for Grand Majin. Plenty of buffs, but not so many that it takes away from the Pure Majin skills or the attack skills on the Grand tree. Among the buffs are a Strength buff for more damage and a hit rate/dex buff so you don't miss when blowing up the planet ^^
You can go for a fully buffed pure majin build and still have enough points left to not be completely defenseless should you run out of EP and lose your transformation if you go Grand.

You can't compare them because they are different. But for being Pure Form all the time I wouldn't use either one. They aren't that great on buffs, and Pure Form pwns when fully buffed
