ok so i hav got the pet ring tht allows item frop effect! but i dnt knw how to use it.. sum1 plzz tel me how to use it

You have to press on the ring. New window will appear - items will be automatickly transfer there.

i press on the ring then a new windeo appears ayin sumthin like"capsule kit spark" den i drag items to tht box but it does not work

That ring is made to bring you some items. Like when you are killing moobs they drop something to your capsule spark bag (right click on ring). When you right click on ring you see some items in that bag, that are items what ring collected and you can just move them to your Inventory. It has some nice drops, it dropped me few nice legnedary TM gears when I was doing TM's.
