So, i just got lvl 40 yesterday night, and i'd like to know something. I know you can't use buffs while IN super saiyan, but do the buffs you use before transforming still work with the added effects of SSJ? Just want to know.. Thanks.

That was applied a long, long time ago. You can use buffs while in SSJ, just not dragon buffs.

And yes, if you use the dragon buffs before transforming, they'll stay active.
