Shadow Knight...

Its extremely overpowered and with the right gear can be near invincible, there is a reason they always get to the finals in tournies.

Well... TO get 0 CD you need to be on HK or KR server and you need GOOD gear to do that xd

In pvp u cant get 0% cus u have to get plasma buff too
Example ma

Buff 29%
ERL 23% 2x
Ring 7% 2x

79% in total
Same goes for dende and if u get cc armour set then maybe 90 but wihout plasma buff never 100%

so with a plasma buff, a fighter on kr can have no cd on skills therefore spam dragonbuffs and ssj and everything like he wants? o_o
