Okay so i know about the red arrows telling me to talk to some one or kill/retrieve something but there are many quests that dont give arrows and i am unable to complete them unless i see a video is there another easier way or possibly a add on that gives these quests trackers?

those are beginner quests and idk which ones you are talking about so i suggest to just forfiet the quests and move on
