The floating Zenni above his head might mean he is in a guild. For the title, it has to do with the BOSS event. You trade in some coins you get from Majin drops. And you spend those coins on titles. I believe there is 1 title a month. I could be wrong

It might have to do with the new WP system they have implemented. Also, the BOSS event just got a June title as well so that could be it. Further research to be conducted!
