lower than lvl 2. and lvl 2 drain is lower than lvl 1. i cant tell u exactly how much but if u are a human and u want kaioken u must get it maxed or forget it. my opinion
For my build I use 2/3 for human because I feel as tho the Ep/Lp drain can be controlled with potions EP chips and other things. Plus I am PVP so I will not need to be in Kaioken that long. I I have 135 or 145 <--i (FORGOT)crit at 3 times kaioken and do around 11K to 13K if I get lucky.
And remember this is my opinion
Ronhell might be right about having it at 3/3 but I personally can handle Kaioken
