I was doing research and it said any lvl after lvl 30 Has to use skill reset item But i was lvl 31 and i reset my skills for 17k Zeni Why didnt i need to use the Skill reset item will i need to use one in the future

if you was have master class or non. you still can reset your skill at npc. (for -Lvl 30) above lvl 30 you cant do that.
