i just turned lvl 23 on my turtle char and wanted to know where do i get the quest chain that leads me to ud1 quests?

They are in UD1 some Supers,Ultras and the Boss.

yeah but he is asking how do you gain access to star UDI i am having the same trouble my char is 25 and i am trying to lvl 30 i have an X for it but can't get inside

The X is not meant for UD1 u have near UD1 some item/box thingy near the NPC to pick up. Right click on it.
