Oh... maybe it's give You automatically 30 lvl?
Its not lvl up item (this one give 33)

Wait for reply but iam 99% sure i said good:D
Just check with Flying Skill for Cash Points:
MA/Spirit
Warrior/C.clan
Mighty/wonder

The same sequence.

Its not starter pack for every class? (Gear + 30 lvl)
