The White box contains 1 x 30% LP and EP instant recovery, and the yellow one contains a 2k absorb-shield for 1 min in case anyone wondered.

o.o on TW it gives random. For example:
sometimes 2k sometimes 5k sometimes 7k shield but 20 sec or so i think.

It seems so yes. On KR it's 1 x EP + 1 x LP 30% recovery instant pot (lowest rank) and 2k shield (second lowest rank) every-time. However, the jackpot (rank 1) will always award 1 or 3 dragonballs, but no chance to gain that ride you just won.
Not sure if TW got any roulette-event, but KR have that once a month. This time you can win 4 different dogi sets (The bunny-themed ones) white stones and other semi-good prices.
