AGAIN THOSE IDIOTS FROM SO GAME WAY MUST HAVE MESSED UP WITH MY ACCOUNT. Everytime i try to login it sais something that my ID is locked and i have to enter some personal information. Well the KSSN doesn't fit inside the boxes they have and to write the name i can't write Korean. What should i do? Why is it always me who has so many problems?

You were better off trying to make your own account, but I know that this isn't the case for a lot of people now a days. :/

Email them again, and ask for a clean account. See if it works, make sure you receive all account details, such as the Name and KSSN that belongs to the account, then try to edit the account info.
