I just got this item and I wanna say it's just a popo stone, but it's a half circle and it says Netpy Item (I think it's suppose to say Netpay Item, I might have messed that up on my translation).

It revies you if you die. Just select the right option on the die menu.

Not quite sure what this item does. Is it worth selling or perhaps useful to use?

Netpy* is the correct translation, as for the above image, can't really see which item it is, but it does seem to restore 100 of something, I may be wrong. RP Potions do that, but it doesn't seem to say RP on it! :O
