You know those Dragonballs you get from like level 1-21, what do those do exactly?

You get
1) Dragon Radar chip
2) A set of Lvl 20 Rare armor that is ridiculously strong
3) Popo stone worth 10k at any merchant.

Most likely the armor will last you till lvl 30 or even beyond.
If the dragonball drop event is on (during the weekends, for me its thurs-sunday) and you are wearing the dragon radar chip, dragonball icons will appear on your minimap indicating that monster might have a dragonball.

Wait are those the choices, or do I get each one?

You receive all.

and every race and every char gets it at lvl 20.Sell that popo stone for 10k zenny at NPC,equip dragon radar,wear armour and thats it:)The dragon radar will show you on minimap the mobs that have chance of dropping dragon balls,but you will see that for yourself soon.
