Hey guys, does anyone know what getting Kaio-Ken skill ranks 2/3 and 3/3 points provide? (Skill rank 1/3 information below).

Would getting 3/3 maybe provide plus more attack power, faster movement speed, faster attack speed, more critical hit chance, and more LP/EP drain than skill rank 1/3 and 2/3 Kaio-Ken?
For those who have gotten 3/3 Kaio-Ken, have you seen a difference in performance?

Getting 1/3 skill rank for Kaio-Ken provides the following:

Attack power: +20%
Critical hit chance: Multiplied per power up level of Kaio-Ken.
Attack speed: Doubled and is static.
Movement Speed: Approximately 1.5x faster.
LP: -115 LP every 4 seconds, 115 LP multiplied per power up level of Kaio-Ken.
EP: -150 EP every 4 seconds.

All that changes is the attack power. At level 2 it gives +25% and at level 3 it gives +30%. Everything else remains the same.

No, in lvl 2 and lvl 3 you dont losse 115 and 150ep.

How much LP and EP would I lose for level 2 and 3 then?

you can use KaiokenX6( i have done this, i have only kaioken 1/3 ) look the phisical critical hit and energy critical hit but it will decrease LP/EP too faster xD

He is speaking about ranks and not the level of it.

Hm, so perhaps it might be a good idea to max it out in my builds... :/ I think I'll stick with the first tier, as I'm probably only going to use it for show. That and abusing the increased movement speed to get from Point A to Point B faster.
