First what you might think: DBO ResourceTool? What the heck, bro!?
Yes, DBO ResourceTool. FreehuntX(http://www.dbocom.com/forum/member.php?u=98753) asked me to create a tool for the DBO resources, packed into .pak files. So I made one.

So, the next question: What can I do with this tool?
You can do everything. Extract, edit, remove or add resources. File size doesn't matter(Translators: "Yay! \(^-^)/")

Awesome now lets fix where it say Dodge Rate in the Character Profile .... Dodge the name covers up ur E defense numbers = = it annoying telling someone what u got when u can only see Dodge ... Any who Nice job man :D
