When you get to the point in your post when you want to insert your link, you need to click on the "insert link" button on the toolbar above the text box (looks like a globe with a chain-link below it) and then paste your link in the window that pops up. You can hover your mouse over each of the items in the tool bar to see what they are.

i don't have that option in post toolbar all i have is

'remove text formatting'
'bold'
'italic'
'underline'
'colors'
'insert image'
'wrap[quote]tags around selected text'
'wrap[spolier]tags around selected text
'decrease/increase size'
'switch editor mode'

and then the indents and align's and a couple of smileys, i thought id be as thorough as possible so it can be resolved quick. i am using Firefox if that matters and the post thing looks like an old version of Microsoft word

could it be the insert image one? its the only one that asks for a URL when i click on it

Uhh...you just have to type it. 'url=insertwhateverhere'inserttexthere'/url'

With the ' replaced by []

Yep. Though this one seems to work perfectly fine. It's done the exact same way I would do it. Just...can't....click it

I'd try contacting Citrinate and having him walk you through it.
